IWC seldom produced womens watches, but released many mens watches. Pilot's Watch, Portofino, Aquatimer and Portuguese are particularly the most famous among numerous series. Fortunately, the former three watches have lower price than the Portuguese.

Among the following watches, all of them adopted ETA movement except Portuguese, however, if you are a fan of IWC, having a dream watch at the lowest price may be your fortune. But if you want to wear a timepiece with IWC in-house movement, you can buy a Portuguese watch.

Pilot's Watch: IWC Pilot's Watch enjoys a title "An engineer in watch field" for its excellent and precise characteristics. It has been popular among countries since 1930, and it was classified as Mark 16, Big Pilot and Spitfire, etc., Mark XVI has the lowest price and is selling well.

The classical design of Mark XVI can particularly show the features of a pilot's watch, the dial diameter was amplified and imitated the simple design of cockpit instrument. It looks elegant and classical, and its excellent antimagnetic performance makes it more precise.

Different idea, Portuguese Handwound (545408) is the best "entry" choice, cause it's the best ambassador of IWC.

Pilot 3777 is great for me, not for its lower price but it belongs to the Pilot's Watch series with a reasonable price, and it offers strap or bracelet to choose.

I prefer the Mark XVII and Ingenieur, the 30110 movement is based on ETA movement that is a reliable and accurate movement. And the Portuguese Handwound is too expensive to me.

VC Da Vinci, an "entry level" watch in my personal view.

AT2000 (3568), Portuguese Chronograph (3714) are the two excellent entry choices in my view.

I would say the Ingenieur Automatic Mission Earth for its simple dial, expecially its rugged in-house movement.

My thoughts as well, Cal.30110 based on ETA movement is great. However, the Ingenieur series brought me a little disappointment that it has the wrong size, it should be small in my view.
