The second watch out of the three I'm waiting for arrived today

It the Rotary Digital I've been looking to ad to my collection

It's in great knick for a 36 year old digital

and how do I know it's age so accurately?

To Daniel, from Grandpa and Grandma 22/10/79

Nice one Matt...I wonder if Daniel ever misses his watch. No Bulovas?

Yay more early quartz to ogle. :) I'm one of those oddballs that will have a Trench watch on one day and the next an early 70's quartz. They're the two eras of the history of the wristwatch that really appeal to me(plus military stuff). I've had a few LCD's over the years, only have two Seiko's left(the first and second of their calculators). I've always hankered after an early LED and have missed out on a couple of nice ones. I'd particular like a LIP LED, a Pulsar and/or the early Longines LCD's.

@Palotime, Bulova LCD/LED's are way too expensive to bring over from the US now, and custom's like to 'dip their beak now on anything! Very rare/expensive if I see one in the European Community also.

Huh...I didn't realize that people were into them - I have one or two that came in lots of watches, and I have never done anything beyond tossing them into my "other" watches box.

Sorry, I never intended to mislead you I don't think that I'd have been able to afford the watch if it was by the master himself Matt Brought to you by HYPNOTOAD
