Speedmaster Lume Question...

Recommended Posts

Current Speedy Pros use Super-LumiNova. They switched over from tritium in...I want to say the late 90s? You can tell which version you have by the "Swiss Made" on the dial, which will say "T Swiss Made T" if the dial uses tritium for lume, or just "Swiss Made" if it's Super-LumiNova.

Coming from a SMP Bond, the lume on my brand new Speedy really seems weak.

About an hour after being in complete darkness.... I can't see the speedy anymore whenever I can read easily the SMP all night long.

Is that also your experience?
