YyffM74 2
I purchased a brand new Portofino Chronograph from an international seller. When I received it, I noticed it was running pretty fast, about +8 seconds a day. I contacted the IWC service center in TX an was told 4-6 weeks. Not good. So I contacted the NYC Boutique and they sent me a Fedex overnight label, regulated it to +1.4 to +3 depending on the position and sent it out the very next day Fedex Overnight. It took all of 3 days. Bravo IWC NYC Boutique! Picture just because

jadccy 1
That is great to hear. I'm picking up my new IWC on Saturday, and it's good to know the boutique is responsive as they're around the corner from my office.

Fyinll 0
That's how it should be, really - the whole regulation exercise prob took a whole of 5 minutes, plus 5 mins o open the case, 5 mins to close it and 1 min to do a water-resistance check, that's all. Hate it when these brands make it sound like they are sending a spaceship to Mars, and charge those crazy prices for simple, easy to do jobs.
