The self winding watch, now I can take apart the caseback, but the movement cannot discharge because the crown is stuck. The crown turns and reverses flexibly.I am so confused to remove the crown, and then discharge the movement. so does anyone have a good ideas? I would be very thankful.

 Use a mini screwdriver to open the back of the case. Carefully use a butter knife to pop it off. then, loosen the tiny screw inside the watch to remove the crown.
