what does the last digit of rolex model number stand for?

Rolex model reference numbers can be found on every Rolex timepiece. In the next post we will teach you where to find the model number on the Rolex warranty certificate/Rolex warranty card, and on the case and caseback of Rolex timepieces.

The last digit of the Rolex model reference number indicates the metallic material from which the watch is made of. Below we have compiled a chart detailing those numbers, and explaining their corresponding material.
