I know most of our watch fans won't be satisfied with simply wearing the watch, if you have some spare and not high valued watch, you may can't resist to disassemble it apart and want to see how this tiny mechanical thing work, don't you? Don't tell me no, I went through that stage, here I would like to post a thread about how to disassemble the watch movement. Hope it may be helpful for some novices.
here tools we may use: Movement Holder, Eye Loupe, Screw Drivers, Tweezers, small boxes
This is a simple China Made Hand-Winding movement with the center second hand.
No day, date display or other function.
Step 1.
Clip the movement on the movement holder.
Step 2.
Release the power of the Main Spring.
Hold the Crown tight with one hand.
Another hand use a tweezer to turn the click's teeth(red dot) counter-clockwise in order to unlock the Ratchet Wheel which is connected to the Main Spring.
Release the Crown slowly and let it and the Main Spring to spin in order to release the Main Spring.
The main spring is unlocked in the image.
Step 3.
Unscrew the screw in green circle.
Pick out the Balance Cock and the Balance Wheel together --- connected by the Balance Spring.
Step 4.
Unscrew the screw in green circle.
Pick out the Pallet Lever Bridge and the Pallet Fork(green arrow) separately.
Step 5.
Unscrew the screws according to the directions.
Be careful, there is a ring sits under the Crown Wheel (Left).
Step 6.
Unscrew and remove the Barrel Bridge.
Step 7.
Remove the Mainspring Barrel (Green)
Step 8.
Turn the movement over.
Pull out the Second Hand (Green) by hand
Pull out the Hour Wheel (Red)
Step 9.
Pull out the Cannon Pinion with some force.
Step 10.
Unscrew and remove the Cover Plate.
Step 11.
Remover the Minute Wheel (Big) and the Intermediate Wheel (Small).
Step 12.
Unscrew and remove the Cover Plate.
Be careful, there is a small spring under the plate.
Step 13.
Remove the Clutch Lever and the "R" shape spring.
Step 14.
Remove the Set Lever.
Be careful, there is a small part (Set Lever "Pushpin") under it.
Set Lever is used to prevent the Crown and stem to be pulled out of the movement. But you can push the Set Lever "Pushpin" and pull the Crown and stem out if needed (e.g. pick out the movement from the case).
Step 15.
Remove the Set Lever "Pushpin" (Green), the Crown and stem, and other gears.

Right:
Clutch - Pay attention on the teeth (Red and Green)
Step 16.
Turn the movement over and remove the Wheel Bridge.
Step 17.
Remove the 4th Wheel --- Second hand
Step 18.
Remove the 3rd Wheel.
Unscrew and remove the cover plate.
Step 19.
Remove the Escape Wheel --- Silver color
Remove the Center Wheel (2nd Wheel) --- Gold color.
